Using lstn in dev environments

The lstn CLI can be deployed on a variety of dev environments, including:
Local Machine
Follow the OS specific guide for installing lstn on your local machine.
Remote development environment
Follow the OS specific guide for installing lstn on your remote dev environment, such as GitHub Codespaces or Replit.
Docker container
Follow the OS specific guide for your environment depending on your container runtime.
